They are rendered in County Sligo, Ireland as The Noble Six. I am working on Art that focuses on the impact their lives and deaths had on the Irish Landscape. The memories that the landscape keeps, Through my research which will come to life in the Art I am creating I hope to get at the memories the Irish Landscape holds for us, The Noble Six is a beginning point, but there is so much more, I want to explore the emotions that have shaped our landscape our beautiful, rugged, cruel, inviting landscape, it reminds me of the "terrible beauty" statement that suits the Irish Landscape so well.
